To recover password, please follow these steps:

• Hit the “Forgot Password” link in the Sign in screen
• Input the email that you used to register your account, then hit “Submit”.
• The recovery instruction email will sent to your mailbox. Please follow the instruction to recover your password. If you have not received instruction email, please check Spam or Junk folder of your mailbox before trying again.

To find courses, choose “Find course”, then input keywords into search box, the courses are searched by course name or institution name.

You can browse courses by Category, Specialization, Institution, Instructor.

You have to subscribe a course to access its content. To subscribe a course, please follow these steps:

• Go to Find course.
• Search the course that you are interested in.
• Hit course title to view course detail.
• Hit “Subscribe” to subscribe course.

When you have subscribed the course, then follow these steps:

• Go to “My courses”.
• Select the course you want to view content
• Select course session
• Select course content (video lectures, reading materials...) in the session view.

To turn on video caption(not applicable for Youtube video), please follow these steps:

• Select 'CC' option in video player
• Select language in pop-up Caption view

To turn on video dubbing (not applicable for Youtube video), please follow these steps:

• Select 'Dub' option in video player
• Select language in pop-up Dubbing view

To unsubscribe course, please follow these steps:

• Go to “My courses” then select the course that you want to unsubscribe
• In the course session screen, go to course detail by selecting icon then icon
• Hit “Unsubscribe” button

• Or, in "My courses" screen, swipe to the left of course that you want to unsubscribe, then hit "Unsubscribe"

To update profile, please follow these steps:

• Go to “Setting” > “Profile”
• Input new information. If you do not want to change password, just leave the password fields empty.
• Hit “Update”

To change password, follow these steps

• Go to “Setting” > “Profile”
• Input new password in “CHANGE PASSWORD” section. You need to provide current password to change password.
• Hit “Update”

To get newest data, go to “Setting” then hit “Refresh Catalog”
